Salon phoned on an hour before my booking asking me to reschedule my appointment for later that day which I was able to accommodate. However when I turned up at the rescheduled time, the receptionist was rude and tried to say I was late so could no longer fit me in! Once I was actually in the chair my stylist was lovely and did a great job on my hair however I don’t think I’d return
