Absolutely amazing experience! The new nail technician is exceptional. Nails turned out beautifully thin and pretty. She was meticulous with gel builder removal/application, ensuring perfection without rushing. Despite taking her time, she finished on schedule. Highly recommend!

My therapist was skilled and it was clear she was experienced. She took care to ask me how I would like to have my threading done and which areas I may have liked to avoid, not making assumptions or proceeding without consultation, which I really appreciated. She was thorough and I walked out feeling happy with the results of the threading. She made recommendations, which I will take the advice of for my next appointment when I book in with her again.
