Amazing experience! Katy understood quickly what kind of haircut I was looking for, she was very professional helpful and friendly. The host at the front as well was very kind. Not my first and surely not my last visit!

Eri was rough and abrupt, it was my birthday. 1hr 15 trewtment turned unto 40 min. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience. It hurt when she used the tools on me, I also have health problems and the set up for a pedicure was not adequate at all
