the most horrible experience i ever had! i went with hair nicely done with fresh highlights and left with terrible look.my stylist seamed unexperienced.. when i told her about my highlights, she reached out directly to someone else. i’m not sure she was a stylist or an apprentice . i was told that my color would change a little bit with Keratin, which i knew, as i am doing getting treatments since more than 15 years but never expected the color beige to turn orange.

Great haircut from Viola and advice on how to keep it in condition. Pleased with the result although she was running late however I did book a last minute appointment so may have been unexpected.
