Klod was really nice to talk to, she was also very much a perfectionist when it came to waxing my eyebrows. She made sure she didn’t miss any hair and that they were shaped nicely. I’ll definitely be back in the future!

I am not someone who complains but on removing the acrylic, a layer of my own nail has been removed/stripped away so now the tips are painful and red. I did not realize how bad it was until I came home and I couldn’t even work in the kitchen, and even the warm water feels really hot on the nails. She was tired and she made it very obvious. I even asked that how can you tell if you aren’t removing my nail and she said she was not. The left side is better when the younger girl took over-gentler.
