The wax was literally painless! Only hurt on the sensitive areas. Great conversation throughout the process and no leftover wax. Great aftercare advice. Great service and communication from all staff members from the first step through the door.

I booked for a restyle with Lydia, and she was absolutely fantastic. She really listened to what style I would like and then was very attentive in achieving that look. I have quite thick hair and she was great in adding the subtle layers I wanted, whilst not thinning my hair.
I also noticed she had super cute nails, and when I asked her about them, she explained shed got them done from the salon in store and was able to immediately book me in for a nail appointment after my hair was finished :)
