Eri was lovely and super friendly! However I felt she was super rough with my nails. I have multiple cuts around my cuticles, one is still really sore. My nails feel quite bendy, I feel like they’re going to break even with the Biab on which I have never experienced before! And a couple of nails look like they will peel off after just a few days. It’s a shame
