Mysty is such a friendly and attentive stylist - after having an awful haircut at a previous salon she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave the most amazing cut and curly blow dry! Will definitely be back x

I booked with Elizabeth, application changed to Chester. I’m unhappy with my hair cut to be honest it’s not as nice as every other time I had my hair cut by the ladies working there. The hair was cut too short in my opinion also uneven. As soon as I saw the appointment was with someone other than Elizabeth, I tried to rebook my appointment but for some reason the app wouldn’t let me. I’m very upset as I did request Elizabeth! Won’t be coming back.
