Always my preferred place to go for waxing. Every staff member is exceptional at their jobs and so welcoming. Sarah was my beautician this time and she is such a pleasure. Always look forward to going back ☺️

The hairdresser's professional skills and behaviour were poor. I came to the salon with a very clear request and photo as an example. The stylist persuaded me that it would not work on my hair (even though it was the fringe that I asked for and just a few layers). My hair were cut very unevenly, no layers, the fringe was not what I asked for. I cried when I got home. I had to go to another salon and pay again to get it fixed. The hairdresser has very good personality, but no hairdressing skills.
