Quite possibly the worst blow dry I’ve ever had. Asked for a bouncy, curly blow dry. It was not curly nor bouncy. The amount of product put into my hair left it matted. By the end of the night, I could not run my fingers through my hair which was effectively just clumped together. I had to do a deep conditioning treatment to untangle my hair.
