Absolutely terrible! Hair is 2 different colours and due to accepting another client before me (whilst I was sat on the sofa waiting for my appointment) my appointment started 30 minutes late and I was in there for 4 hours in total (not 2 hours 10 like booked) as he spent a lot of time with other client (who was a walk in) My hair is two shades which I only realised on returning home. When blow dried from another stylist I could see him in the mirror talking to receptionist about my hair colour
