Other staff members were talking constantly with my hairdresser/hair stylist while working on my hair and it slowed the process down. It was disruptive and felt uncomfortable, it probably didn’t help they weren’t talking in English.

I had my hair and my nails done. Im very happy with my hair, i was just very confused that blow dry is not included in price of cut and toner (first time booking on treatwell, so it might be my own problem) and its very expensive add- on!
If it comes to my nails, generally they look cute, even if french is not that even. I had a problem though with my stylists, as it seemed like she doesnt speak english. I think its important to understand what the client says and i really struggled with comms.
