Hollywood Waxing
Lovely staff here and very friendly. Been 3 times now and been really happy with my hair cuts the past two times but unfortunately on this occasion it’s not been great. I feel like because my appointment was at 5 & it was busy my hair cut was really really rushed plus I didn’t get the stylist that I booked on here. I wanted my hair to be cut and all the same length but it isn’t and is now quite choppy with some hair shorter than the other. Unfortunately because of this I won’t be returning.
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
I had booked in with a specific stylist to have a fringe cut in. I was given a different stylist to the one I booked. The stylist I had didn't do a great job and came up with lots of reasons why my fringe wouldn't sit properly. I did show a picture of myself when I used to have a fringe for reference. I asked for it to be thicker and curled under. Both these things seemed to be an issue resulting in her handing me the hairdryer and brush to style myself. I found this unprofessional and rude.
