Had a great waxing experience with Kloud. She was warm, welcoming and put me at ease with lovely chat. The wax was a perfect result and was painless!

I’ve asked specifically for someone, the booking was confirmed but when I arrived she was not available.
The service was a little rude (the wash not really accurate and the blow dry heavy-handled). The styling didn’t last long. Left with frizzy hair.
