I booked a dry haircut because I wanted to see what it would be like before committing to a full priced haircut, and I was very disappointed. The hairdresser was lovely but my hair was not straight, I’m no expert but when I levelled it out with my hands, there were was a major difference in length.
I don’t underestimate their skills, I’m sure they have done well considering their high reviews but I just got disappointed because I was a new customer and the cut was not great at all!
