Good service for last minute booking. Not an amazing finish but will do the job & can’t complain for £20. Have had worse but have had better (gel toes).

I had already had a not so great experience here once before but due to glowing reviews, I thought I'd give it another chance. I really did regret it in the end as I booked to feel pampered and have a treat but it did not feel anything like this. When washing my hair, the stylist had not placed my head properly in the basin and there was a point where a lot of cold water went down my back. The stylist didn't seem to notice this error and I had to point this out myself exclaiming that I am all wet. Not a great start. The stylist seemed more interested in anything else than actually having some rapport with the client. She kept looking in the mirror and the whole time she was doing my hair she was very rough. She cut more hair then I agreed to. She also burnt my ear with a very hot brush, the heat was extremely too hot and parts of my hair were smoking more than I'd ever seen. She barley sprayed product on my hair enough to cover as my hair is quite thick and I don't even know if actual heat protection was used. Overall, this experience was quite awful. And although my hair did look nice at the end, I felt quite upset when I left not pampered. It felt like I'd been slightly tortured and really regretted not going to another salon and even paying a little bit more to be treated with compassion and respect like a human being should.
