Happy enough with the haircut, however they were running late and didn't really acknowledge it. I went straight into getting my hair washed before the hairdresser could look at my hair, ask me what I was looking for etc. Not sure if that's because they were running behind schedule or if that's what they always do here. The salon could have been cleaner. There was a lot of hair from a previous person on the floor where I was sat down, and quite a bit on the counter by the mirror etc too
