Staff were friendly. It was quick and simple. My blowdry lasted for a few days but there was quite a lot of product used so if you don't like that be sure to mention that before!

I came in for a wash, cut (shoulder bob) and blowdry .. I talked my stylist through what I wanted and she honestly didn’t say one word to me. (This was a big change for me too) She took me over to the sink and washed my hair where she pulled it so hard. When I went back to the seat she dried and straightened my hair and then cut the whole thing with clippers! She didn’t tell me this was what she was doing which made me feel so anxious and confused. My hair has grown out horribly

Everyone was so friendly and made sure to offer me refreshments, Fatima was so sweet and her cuticle work was amazing, I was so impressed and appreciated how she took the time to do them perfectly! She did exactly what I asked and really put her time and attention into detail. :)
