I had booked in for a wash and blow dry. I have visited the salon previously and always had a good experience. On this occasion I wasn't pleased with the service. The blow dry wasn't great and the stylist resulted to using hot tools excessively and the end result was not good. This service was disappointing when I have had such good experiences previously.
