The venue is very welcoming. Upon entering, you are welcomed, coat taken and offered a drink. I sat down and was instantly called by Katy. A quick discussion about what I wanted and then I was taken to the washbowl. I received a head massage which was lovely whilst sat in a reclining chair. Upon returning to the stylists chair, a cup of tea was waiting with a chocolate biscuit. The attention to detail is wonderful.
