I loved my colour and final result but I felt there could have been better communication at the beginning of my appointment as to what exact shade we were going for rather than going based off my previous notes from an appointment with a different hairdresser. My colour was also left on for nearly an hour with no checks as she was having her nails done when I was told it would only be 20/30minutes. Overall, a really lovely salon and great location, but I might have a different stylist next time

The simple/basic treatments don’t have the same attention the technicians put into the more expensive ones.
