My appointment was for shellac manicure with Negar. All very professional, thorough and yet very quick. Negar is very talented and I will certainly book with her again. Thank you for making me feel beautiful on New Years Eve!

I booked my appointment for 13:10pm to then get a call saying it's been changed to 13:30pm. I got to the place at 13:15pm and wasn't seen to until 13:45pm. They tried to tell me my hairdresser was running late so needed to push me back but I had to let them know that I had already pushed back a meeting to take this haircut at 13:30pm. Others also got asked if they wanted a drink but I never did. That was disappointing as they were running me late themselves.

overall pretty good experience, I only had a trim and a blow dry so wasn't there for very long.
blow dry was a bit rough though and my hair smelt a bit burned after the straighteners, but like i said overall it was fine for a last minute booking and trim!
