Negarr is a breath of fresh air - attentive, precise, uncompromising and SO lovely! Her use of a nail file is honestly hypnotising but you know you've found The One when the customer before you comes back with a tip from a nearby cash machine in minus degree weather. The atmosphere in the salon is 10/10 as well. The red velvet ropes outside are not a gimmick; you genuinely are treated like a star the moment you walk in. Wanna get your nails done in Manchester? Look no further.
