My first threading experience which I told Banin. She made no particular effort to make me feel comfortable or explain what she was going to do. Didn’t ask me anything about what I wanted in terms of shape and ended up taking a lot more of my brows away than I would’ve liked which could’ve been solved by asking a couple of questions. Whilst she did ask me if I was happy at the end, there wasn’t much I could do at that point. Just didn’t feel particularly well looked after as a paying customer
