Was a painfully slow haircut, then after I expressed I wasn’t sure about the way my hair was being cut, I was then getting dirty looks from the girl behind reception. It made the exit quite awkward. I also said my hair doesn’t stay curly easily and all the curls had fallen out within 2 minutes. Abit disappointing as I normally have Eva cut my hair whose really good and meant to be the same level stylists

I am 6 months pregnant and felt a bit skeptical going for a wax at this stage but the staff made me feel so welcomed and took really good care of me. The girl doing my waxing kept asking if I felt comfortable and paid such attention to me.
