the most horrible experience i ever had! i went with hair nicely done with fresh highlights and left with terrible look.my stylist seamed unexperienced.. when i told her about my highlights, she reached out directly to someone else. i’m not sure she was a stylist or an apprentice . i was told that my color would change a little bit with Keratin, which i knew, as i am doing getting treatments since more than 15 years but never expected the color beige to turn orange.
