I have a shortish bob and wanted my undercut out back in. Hairdresser seemed a little confused by this request and took a lot of length off the back as well which then had to be graduated to the front of my hair. I did not want a graduated bob and will now have to grow this out.

First time visiting this salon. The experience was okay, but could have been improved. My previous place provided wipes to clean before the waxing. The waxing felt too painful, and unfortunately it wasn’t thorough. I was left with several broken hairs and longer ones that were missed.
