Everytime I book with this place they always ring me to change my time. The one time I rang to ask if they could change my time they said they couldn't so I still went in. Only for them to ask me to wait then told me the stylist couldn't cut my hair because she doesn't cut short hair. Then asked if they could change my time for a haircut. I said no because they always mess me about. Thankfully a senior stylist cut my hair instead.
