During my third visit, I faced more issues. Just 45 minutes before my appointment, I was asked to reschedule without explanation. I explained that I could not attend due to a prior commitment, but the caller was unsatisfied. I arrived on time, but they were unable to locate my booking, and the staff were unfriendly. One person washed and brushed my hair, while another dried it due to a double booking. My stylist handled it well, but some staff were unprofessional. Staff should be respectful.
