While the salon was excellent I wish Fatima showed me how much she was going to cut before she did anything as I had asked for a very small trim - I had a lot more cut than what I had expected as I showed her initally the length I wanted but didn’t expect her to cut before showing me. I had chosen this salon as my previous stylist did show me the amount she would cut which is what I assumed would happen this time

Booked last minute and wasn’t sure at first as staff seemed quiet and spoke mostly in their own language, which felt a bit awkward. But Sana was very professional and skilled—my hair turned out perfect, just how I wanted. She also gave great product advice and some freebies. As an introvert, I didn’t mind the silence and enjoyed watching YouTube. Also had a pedicure—most staff are women, so I felt really comfortable and relaxed.🥰
