Either one of the four girls at reception failed to notify the nail technician or she didn’t proactively check I had arrived. I waited unnecessarily long. When I did get my spa pedicure, she was very good and attentive. I was happy with the results.
Unlikely to revisit again, because until I was at the venue I didn’t fully appreciate what a busy hair salon it is. The noise level of the hairdryers meant I had difficulty hearing the nail technician. It wasn’t an environment I could relax in.
