Went to appointment and was seen after 15-20 minutes of waiting. A lovely woman washed my hair but then the nightmare began with the graduate hairdresser - Sarah. She was abrasive with my hair, poking and prodding me. She agreed to frame my face with soft cut and put in curtain bangs/fringe, but she never asked about my parting. So she did it from the middle which was highly strange. She also excessively sprayed hairspray and as I’m 7 months pregnant, this was unacceptable.
