Paid for a balayage and a trim…came out with hair 6 inches shorter that doesn’t suit my face and half a head of bleach highlights that have already damaged my hair plus conned into paying for a toner I didn’t want or need that was left on for 30 seconds. Told because I’m pregnant I couldn’t have dye which is an absolute myth…salon was boiling hot and couldn’t wait to get out of there which is why I didn’t realise I was only getting bleach. 6 months of hard work taking care of my hair gone 😭
