Hi,
I had eyebrow waxing plus hair wash, cut, and blow dry. Sadly, I wasn’t fully satisfied. Despite mentioning I don’t like thin brows, one brow was over-waxed underneath, leaving me to thin the other to match, which was upsetting. The haircut itself was nice, and the stylist was lovely, but the blow dry fell flat within a couple of hours. Staff were kind, but overall the results didn’t meet my expectations.

Lovely salon, really relaxing vibe.
Everything sanitised constantly in-between use.
She was a star, and super patient with me whilst I kept changing my mind on the length and colour😅
Ended with a lovely mini hand massage - thank you so much again!
