I arrived promptly for my 4:30 pm appointment. Chloe washed my hair, helping with dryness, and offered a hot drink, but I chose a cold J20. She dried and styled my hair professionally and friendly. I waited briefly for Tina, who was going to thread my eyebrows, noticing unprofessional behaviour among staff, especially after positive interactions with Chloe. Tina did an excellent job with my eyebrows, and I was pleased with the blow-dry and threading, but overall, staff behaviour was upsetting.

Zeina did an incredible job of bringing nails back to life converting them back to BIAB from acrylic. Such a good new year start for my nails I love them!!!
