Came in for nail removal. The lady asked what type of gels I had and i said I don’t know (not really a nail person). I knew it wasn’t acrylic though. I still don’t know if I maybe booked the wrong type of removal however if she had told me that I would have happily paid more for whatever I needed (but maybe this is why they where so bad?) She left my nails cloudy, rough and sore (I had mentioned the machine was burning me so she had turned it down). Only plus was it wasnt a bad price
