My appointment was for 2pm but I was kept waiting for 25 minutes. After 15 minutes I spoke to a beautician and asked if there was a problem, as up to that point no one had acknowledged the delay. The salon has my mobile number (as they have successfully rung me on it before) someone should have contacted me to advise there was a delay and give me the option of arriving a little later. I was satisfied with the treatment however, when it finally took place.

I paid £34 for my hair to be washed, cut and dried/styled and overall had a great experience. The woman who cut my hair was lovely and really took her time to ensure my hair looked perfect, and made sure I was happy with the end result. The only negatives was that the hair wash could have been less vigorous and my hair was pulled a lot when combing it -it is long though so maybe needed to be combed with conditioner in - and because the hairdresser took so much time over my hair I did feel a bit bored as she was taking so long. Overall really happy with my hair and would definitely go back!
