Had my brows done by Benin. She greeted me rudely and made me uncomfortable from the start. During my other treatment, I saw her sat at reception with earphones in scrolling on her phone for a hour. When it was my turn with her, she rushed through as quickly as possible, ignored my request to wipe off my remaining brow gel before starting, and then dropped hot wax on my trousers, leaving a stain - no apology. Brows looked okay, but the service was terrible and very rushed. Wouldn’t recommend
