The staff were all welcoming and friendly. I had a bikini wax and the therapist was very good, always checking I was okay. The room had some dirty tissues on the floor and looked like it needed some tlc but other than that I couldn't fault the experience.

I was really nervous to get the wax as it was my very first time and am on the bigger side. But everyone made me feel very welcome. I would totally recommend.
