I loved the experience and the staff were friendly enough my hair cut was perfect for what I wanted, the only disappointment I had was my appointment was originally booked for 11 but got changed to 11:45 but I didn’t get the notification for this as it came in an email so was left wondering why I was left for so long and then I was panicking regarding my parking ticket but this was a small thing compared to the rest of the experience
