The woman was very fast and efficient. Literally, 10 minutes! And it actually wasn't as painful as it's been in the past.
The only thing is, when booking you need to specify what type of wax you want - strip/hot, which I didn't realise, so I had strip as opposed to hot which I'm not too fussed about.

Not sure if there was a double booking or someone off ill but the beautician was working on two of us at one time and I was left for 45minutes just sitting with remover on my nails so the appointment took a considerable length of time. Treatment itself was good quality though.
