Really loved the treatment from staff and looooved what the stylist had done with my hair. Only improvement i would recommend is that we were waiting a long time, but still enjoyed the experience.

No problems with the haircut itself but salon very disorganised. I was seen late and the reason was only explained to me when I asked, 20 minutes after my appt time, at which point I had to give my details for a second time. Customer service could be improved.

Nails are unfortunately scratched and weak from removal. Whole nail surface filed repeatedly and having left nails bare they still haven't recovered.
