I booked a blow dry on the same day as I had the treatment and found all staff very friendly and professional. Joe washed and conditioned my hair which included a wonderfully relaxing head massage while Yass gave me a great blow-dry and I'm looking forward to re-visiting the salon.

Leila was really lovely and got wax done quickly with good results - although a bit more painful than I’ve had before. However The treatment room was pretty hot and cramped and didn’t have that much ambience

I’ve been to the salon twice before and have good experiences. Unfortunately the salon was very busy, I did wait for the usual lady I have so had to wait but she was in a rush, she didn’t prep my skin before or after. Had my upper lip done and she has cut it in two places and it’s quite sore now and my skin is redder than normal, I won’t be attending again as I feel wasn’t really taken care of.
