Nail technician did an excellent job on my nails, but was running 30 mins behind schedule.
Lots of other staff in the salon with no customers to attend to, would recommend training someone else up on nails to help, even if they could soak off old gels, that would help the one nail technician they employ.

Had to wait 30 mins for my turn even though I had an appointment which wasn’t convenient at all. However the eyebrow threading was extremely good. The beautician was really good at it.
