Joe was brilliant. He was very professional and straight away understood everything I wanted.He did an excellent job. But there was this girl ( long, bleached gray hair) who was supposed to dry my hair and straighten them. She was very negative and uninterested in what she's doing. She burnt me many times only for me to say something and with rude sorry continue doing it. Will not let her near my head next time I go.
