The blowdry was nice, however the Opalex treatment I was just left over the sink for 30 minutes, almost had a crooked neck afterwards. Felt like I could've done it at home and been more comfortable.

I had a terrible experience with my booking. I was asked multiple times by different staff what my booking was for. I had to ask 10 mins after my appointment time when I would be seen, everything appeared to be very disorganised. The hair wash was uncomfortable and long. The stylist worked very slowly and left my hair flat and static. I paid because people had worked but it was not worth it at all. I mentioned my issues when I paid but I was just given excuses.
