The staff were very friendly, the service was quick and efficient. The quality of the wax products could be improved, but I am satisfied with the results and the overall experience.

Staff were very friendly. However when the hairdresser was doing my hair I asked him why it was such good value for money. When he asked how much I was going to pay he then told me that he charges more as he is the director. I told him there was no option on the app for which stylist I wanted and it automatically booked me in with him. After the misunderstanding he charged me what I was suppose to pay from the app. That was the only issue I had which was quickly resolved.

Lady who did the wax did a very good job, kept asking to make sure it was a good shape etc. Even though was painful, was a pleasant experience.

Wax was ok, no soothing cream or prep before so was painful but she did a good job
