I went here because of the good reviews, sadly I can't give on my self. the staff were friendly, however there was hair all over the floor, so much so that I slipped on my way to the basin. I asked for beachy, undone waves which my usual hairdresser will blow-dry in. They used a super slim barrel tongue to achieve what can only be described as 80's hair. super tight curls, exactly what I asked to avoid. add to that the appointment was over an hour as she had to stop to answer the phone, take money even though others were around to do that. I had to go back to work with a bobble in my hair because the curls are so small and tight and it's frizzy. I booked in for a blow-dry.

Absolutely loved Alisha (think that’s what her name was) who did my hair, love it! thought there was a few rude members of staff, I can see how some customers have a bad experience, would definitely go again if I had Alisha again!
