Gorgeous beauty technician who was extremely helpful but ultimately not a good experience.
Only booked an hour before to be called as soon as booking gone through Treatwell to be told threading staff not available,
Arrived at salon, they didn’t have classic dark red nail colours on offer and the one I chose was sticky and clearly passed its best which meant technician took so long trying to do a good job. Ultimately it was a bit lumpy and uneven - not staff’s fault, merely use of gloopy polish And took forever.
in addition, no ambience to the extent that other staff were vacuuming in the background and messing around putting up the Christmas tree.
At the end, told I couldn’t get a refund for the threading which I’d paid for online and that I had to manage myself with Treatwell. I said, not my fault as particularly only booking an hour before, they should have updating their booking system so show no appointment available.
They said Manager would call me. 2 days later, no one has.
Really disappointed and upset.
