Slightly strange haircut. I’ve never seen the technique used before. Turned out a little uneven but could’ve been worst. You pay for what you get. The shampoo bit woman washed my hair too strongly like my scalp had mud in it.. a lot of hair fell out after it. Also I was left waiting for around 45 minute.

The treatment was very good, but began 30 minutes late. For this reason, it only lasted 45 minutes instead of 1hr15 as advertised when I booked. However, whilst waiting I was offered a drink and free KitKat. Also the lady who did my facial was lovely!
